For any freelancer it is incredibly important to have documents in place that outline your services offered, your billing details, rates of service, service terms etc. You'll need these if you ever have to send a client to collections or rebuttal a client dispute. However, for many freelancers hiring a lawyer to create consulting agreements and contracts for every new client can become extremely expensive and frankly unnecessary.
I have created an editable version of the consulting agreement and credit card authorization form I personally use at my firm Edj Consulting Group, just for you! I edit my consulting agreement every time I onboard a new client, changing only what is identifying to that particular client. Everything else typically remains the same.
